02-3-2009 - NOT GOOD, NOT BAD (LIMBO)

My mood while writing this blog: frusterated!

Okay for all of you wondering.. (or not lol)

I spent 9 hours in the hospital today just to get bloodwork and an ultrasound done and some advice!!

So they did an internal ultrasound, and we seen a sac, no baby (yet) just a sac, it is measuring 7.6mm last thursday the sac was just measuring 7mm.. so it has grown in a few days.. I have had 3 different HCG tests done this weel all 48hours apart.. on the feb26th levels were in the 2200's on the 28th levels were in the 2400's and today levels were in the 2700's.. So as you can see, the levels have not doubled but are on the rise.. the doctor said he wanted to see better results but is still optimistic.."it aint over, till it's over, you cant fricken worry the rest of your week. you dont have control, so whatever will be will be" quote from the Doctor, i did like him, he was straight forward and made me feel better.. so i have a follow up ultrasound next week, and he said by then there should definately be a baby, if there isnt then its not a healthy pregnancy and i will misscarry.. he wont do D&C or induce with tablets, hes just going to let it happen naturally if its going to happen.. he said if its going to happen, then its going to happen and my body will know what to do and it will happen.. so yes, this is my update.. i, on the other hand, am not optimistic and feel like im waiting FOR MY LEG TO FALL OFF.. just waiting for this to happen, dont know when, but something is going to happen.. so ya.. the end!
