08-9-2009 - this Saturday/ultrasound

My mood while writing this blog:
anxious

so i have gone and booked an ultrasound in a different city.. the cost is $100.00 for a 5-10 min ultrasound, i will also get 2 pictures if all is showing well..

i am just anxious to see if this pregnancy is viable, the lady i talked to said at 6 weeks/6days (thats how far along i am) she said we may not be able to see the heart beat..well than how do you know if its viable? i dunno, i am so stressed out.. i keep having horrible images in my head like we go in there and there is an empty sac again...

Hi..I am from week 22...I am sorry about your m/c..I know all to well how that effects us...I had 3 m/c's and 2 ectopics.....this baby here is through In-Vitro..but I was 6 weeks along with my frist u/s and they did vaginally...and was able to see and here her heartbbeat...the best u/s to get at 6-8 weeks is vaginal...its closer to the uterus...and more liable that early..so just make sure you tell them that is what you want done...Congrats...and baby dust to you.

i had my first scan this time when i was 6 weeks 2 days, and they saw a heart beat right away

i can tell you that at 6 weeks and 3 days they where able to see a heart beat good luck keep me posted
