10-9-2009 - went to the doctor today.. so stressed out!

My mood while writing this blog: grr

So i seen my doctor today, because iam soo stressed out.. lol..

she figures i need counselling, instead of putting me on medication.. lol

i already am on medication for anxiety attacks, so she knows me well..

i had a whole list of stuff i needed to talk to her about..

1. swine flu.. she laughed and said not too worry.. its just like the regular flu with so much media hype, im healthy and if i get it i will survive.. brooklynn too.. thank god..

2. sex.. im scared to have sex cause i dont want to cause a misscarriage, she said im okay to have sex.. i wont lose the baby.. she asked if i have been having cramping or bleeding, i said no i have not thank god EXCEPT.... ON MY DRIVE HOME.. i felt a cramp on my right side in my back!!! felt like a few months ago before i lost the baby.. oh god!! can i just go to sleep and wake up in 9 months!!?? PLEASE!!

3.. she wrote me a note for work saying for me to be off for 6 weeks .. (oct 22) she thinks all this stress is no good for the baby and thinks it would be good if i could make it to my 2nd trimester with the least amount of stress.. so im off work for 6 weeks.. that alone stresses me out!!!

i feel even more stressed now that i spoke to the doctor.. she mentioned that my misscarriage a few months ago was a fluke.
