21-10-2009 - 12 weeks, can\'t believe it

My mood while writing this blog: disbelief

wow! i am past 12 weeks now.. i never thought i would make it this far..

i had my doctors appt today, spoke to the doc about h1n1, she didnt really make me feel better, she wasnt sure what to tellme about the vaccine.. she said i would have to make that decision myself and didnt give me her medical opinion.. not very reassuring! we also heard the heart beat.. 163bpm.. no surprise as i have a doppler and listen all the time.. she coudnt find it at first, then she did and said "oh i'm surprised, it still is on the early side" bullshit,the problem is, is they dont want to spend more than 30sec finding it.. whatever.. i think i have decided i am going to get the h1n1 shot for myself and daughter my husband hasnt made up his mind.. but i will request the adjuvent free shot, if its available.. in alberta we cant get shots till middle of next month, because they are still doing the seasonal flu clinics right now, they only want to do one clinic at a time.. my daughter and i did get the seasonal shot... sigh, this whole flu business is stressing me out! i wish i could hibernate!!!
