Madisyn is a week old today. She is doing really well. I am trying to breastfeed but I am having to pump because she wants to use my breast as a pacifier and go to sleep, at the hospital the nurses thought it was funny because it was like my breast was her security and she just wanted to be close..lol I am only getting about 2 to 3 ozs everytime I pump and I am only able to do it about every 4 or 5 hours. We have been alternating breast milk and bottle and she seems to be doing great with it. She is such a little angel. She rarely cries. I love just sitting here watching her sleep. My 3 yr old didn't want much to do with her the first 2 days she was born but now she is a little mommy to her. The other girls have been a really big help also. I had a c section and to my surprise I am recovering very well. The recovery with my other girls were much harder. I gained 20 lbs with Maddie and only a week later I have already lost about 17 of it. I still look pregnant though..lol Well time to feed the little one!
