I really wish I could figure my body out! So I had my first smiley face on my OPK yesterday I was so excited, but probably starting Sunday I had a little spotting when I used the restroom and still spotting today heavier than the previous days. Well today I was walking and felt a gush...sorry TMI...so I went to the restroom and had dark red clots??? I was trying to find something online about ovulation bleeding or something ...I am so frustrated and wish my body would work like its supposed to...AHHHHH!!!

Thank you so much for the info I really appreciate you looking into this. I am on Femara and I had bleeding mid cycle last month as well.

I looked around on the internet and saw that a lot of women had mid-cycle bleeding with femera and clomid. I've not been on either of those drugs but when I was on estrogen/progesterone I had a lot of bleeding. I'd keep an eye on it and see if it gets any worse - if it does, I think you would need to talk to your dr. BIG HUGS
