hey i just read about your idea for a childrens clothing store, and i get almost all of my kids clothes at second hand clothing stores. where i live its called KID TO KID. you might wanna look it up and maybe it could give you some ideas. I think buying used clothes that have hardly any wear and tear is better than paying full price for brand new ones. i love your idea!

Sounds good, but make sure to not just do yard sales. You can go to big consignment sales in churches, and have people bring their own clothes in to you and pay them for them.

I know where I live they have these kinds of stores.. They are called Childrens Orchid. And as far as I know they do pretty good..

alot of ppl would and if the stuff is cute enuff then yea. just make sure it doesnt look second hand
i think its a good idea. but also keep a section of womens clothing... try to make it a maternity/baby store?

One of the buisnesses Robert and I own is a womens clothing store and it is not doing to well and today I had an awesome idea of changing it into a SECOND HAND BABY STORE! We can go around to yard sales buying clothes that are in good shape with no stains and resale them for cheap. I think it will do good in the area my store is in because a lot of people around here don't have tons of money to buy brand new stuff and there are tons of pregnant women. Other than that they are always asking for baby clothes. We will be able to buy brand new crib sets like 3 piece and 5 piece sets. So another question is, would you guys like to shop at a second hand baby store?
