27-5-2009 - Dilemma with Dustin AnxiousMy mood while writing this blog:
Anxious

Dustin and I have not been in much contact the past couple months after our break-up. Now, he has come back to me announcing his plans to take the baby and raise it with his new fiance. How could he? She has never expressed interest in being a mother, first of all. And it blows me away that she wants to marry the man who crushed me so recently (he cheated on me with her over a long period). How could he try and take away this baby after his deceitful and hurtful actions? He said he still loves me and just wants to provide since I can't. It leaves me with no option of adoption. Not wanting him to have the baby is no reason to fight to keep the baby. It's not like that at all. But I simply do not trust him and know the child would not grow up in a loving healthy family. What's best for the baby is my priority. Dealing with this obstacle adds to the compications of determining and pursuing what gives the child a happy life. I will do everything in my power to make the wisest decision.

Hi darling this is a huge problem I'm not sure but if you want to give the baby for adoption and the father want him also the father win but I really don't know you should get legal advice. God Bless you and your Baby.

he can't take your child.. you 2 were not married he doesnt have any rights to the baby untill that birth certificate is signed and you can say no to him signing you have all the power and decisions in your hands. and if he fights for custody you would have to be very unfit for him to get sole custody unless you just give the baby up
