14-8-2009 - (Bitter)sweetness

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

My dear friend Annmarie is an old babysitting client- I watched her kids part-time from their birth to grade school. I called her up to see how she was doing. I was so heartbroken to hear she's going through a divorce! Also, I announced to her my pregnancy, and that I'm out of wedlock and unsure of what's ahead for this baby boy. It was so nice to catch up with her. She said she has all of her baby stuff sitting in her garage that she's never going to use-- a stroller, crib, changing station, ect. Since I won't be getting a baby shower, it will be a huge blessing if I am able to be a mommy. : ) It is bittersweet though, because I am sad for her situation.
