My mood while writing this blog: tired

Hello everyone, well I have tons of new pics, however I am at work, so I will have to wait, he is gaining some weight :) he is now 5lbs 6oz....he is 2 weeks old, and will be in the hospital until October 16 (that will be his last dose of gancyclovir) they took him out of the incubator and he is now in a normal crib..:) He is soooo handsome, his dad is now here and he is going to the hospital today while I am at work, this past 2 weeks have been so stressful, heck it will be until my man comes home.

He still has fighting to do, every week we have labs, but so far things are looking shall I even say it?! good...his platelets went up on their own FINALLY! he now has 123,000 (he was born with 10,000 normal is above 130,000) they do weekly cbc's on him and pcr (i believe) and test his urine for cmv he is still + obviously, but it is going down. He absolutely amazes me, I spent everyday there from after Kaitlynn got off the bus until the first rounds at 2:45pm then drove back to canton from detroit and pick up Kaitlynn from the bus stop,then right before bed I call and talk to his night nurse and get an update on my boy and his weight....now I am back to work tuesdays, wednesdays and fridays, then when he comes home I get 3 weeks off and can come back 2 days a week and work my way up from that...and I can leave early if we arent busy because he finally hired another girl, mainly for phones...so its nice but at the same time hard, but in the end I want the time with him when he comes home...and today it looks like on my 1st day back I'll leave prolly around noon, because its slow today...yay! Oh yeah and my boss is paying me for a week off...wow so I only lose 1 week and a few days....but honestly money doesnt matter as much now, hell I'll live in my car....I just miss my boy!!!
