Hey. I know from experience how hard this all is. Have you and your DH thought about adoption? If you check with your local DSS you may find you can adopt with little to no cost. You dont have to be a foster parent. Our DSS has a program where you can foster to adopt or just adopt. It might not be a newborn, but it would be a child. What ever you decide goos luck to you and your DH.

I sorry I know how long you been TTC and it hasn't happen for you'll yet but I know GOD has a plan for you so just don't give up and you never what the future has in store for you. You at me I'm still here and not pregnant yet but I sure God has a plan for me so I just being patience! Good luck and i hope the future hold something great for you!

I'm so sorry hun that this is happening to you. I would give you some of my eggs but they're 37 years old and they're not doing me much good either. I wish there was something I could do for you. The only thing I know to do is pray and I'm doing that for you. Hang in there hun!

January 7, 2009: We had our conference call with the doctor this afternoon. He suggested we look into donor eggs. There a seminar at the end of this month or the beginning of March that we can attend for more information. It would cost about $30,000 for the initial cycle and $15,000 for any frozen embryo cycles after that. There is still no gaurantee I will carry to term. Or that I'll even get pregnant. He said my egg quality is not great so that is probably what is keeping us from having a baby. If I had younger eggs (donor are usually between 21 & 33 years old) my chances would increase some. Hubby and I are going to discuss it further over the next week or so, get educated on the process and costs before we make any decision. The doctor said it's $2000 to get on the donor waiting list and it could take 6 months to a year before we find a suitable match for us. I want to thank all of you for your thoughts, prayers and kind words. I feel very blessed to have met all of you on this site. You are a great group of ladies and I wish you (and me) all the best in 2009.
