My mood while writing this blog: Relaxed

Wednesday, February 25th: Flight took off at 6:35pm (instead of 6:10pm) but we still landed in Tampa on time. Rented a PT Cruiser and got to the condo at about 10pm. Departure temperature was 53 degrees and arrival temperature was 62 degrees with clear skies.

Thursday, February 26th: Woke up at about 8am and went to breakfast at Rodie's. Then we did a little grocery shopping and returned to the condo for an hour or so to put food away and change into our swim suits. Rented a kayak from Windsong in New Port Richie and went out in the bay for about 3 hours. Went back to the condo and shower and change for dinner. Ate at Tiffany's in Palm Harbor, stopped in Walmart to buy a baseball and sharpie then went back to the condo for a relaxing evening. High Temperature was 78 degrees with sunny skies and low was 53 degrees with clear skies.

Friday, February 27th: Woke up at about 9am and had breakfast at the condo. Took a walk around the area looking at houses for sale. Then we put on swim suits and went to Honeymoon Island for the day. Got back at about 4pm, showered and changed. Made burgers on the grill with potato chips for dinner. Had another relaxing evening at the condo. High Temperature was 79 degrees with sunny skies and low was 50 degrees with clear skies.

Saturday, February 28th: Woke up about 9am and had coffee for breakfast. Showered and got ready for a Spring Training Baseball game. Went to CVS to buy a disposable camera then headed out to Tampa for the Yankees game. Got there too late for batting practice I wasn't able to get any signatures. Game started at 1:15pm and unfortunately they lost but we had a great time anyway. Stopped at Willie's BBQ for take out and headed back to the condo for dinner. After eating we took a ride around the area and stopped for ice cream (can't remember the name of the place on the corner of Alt. 19 and Tampa Rd). We shared a triple scoop cup and it was delicious. Headed back to the condo for some R&R. Hubby played solitare and I read my book until bed. High Temperature was 77 degrees with sunny skies and low was 49 degrees with partly cloudy skies.

Sunday, March 1st: Woke up at about 8:30 and had coffee for breakfast again. Headed to Madiera Beach and John's Pass for the day (to celebrate a friends birthday who passed away last June). Had lunch at the Friendly Fisherman and walked the shops for a few hours. Headed back to the condo to relax a bit and had left over BBQ for dinner. Did a load of laundry while hubby played solitare. Then I read more of my book. We watched the Apprentice together then went to bed. High Temperature was 65 degrees with light winds and drizzle and low was 46 degrees with cloudy skies and windy.

Monday, March 2nd: Woke up at 7am and had coffee for breakfast. Started the laundry and house work. Went out for a late breakfast or early lunch at Rodie's then walked around the Sponge Docks for an hour or so. Headed back to the condo to finish up the cleaning and laundry so we could pack to come home. Flight was running on time even with the snow and wind in North Jersey. Left for the airport at about 3:40pm to return the car and check in. Boarded the plane at 5:45pm and took off at 6:40pm. Arrived in Newark at 9:10 (only a 10 minute delay in the air) and got home at about 10:30pm. Departure temperature was 60 degrees with clear skies and arrival temperature was 10 degrees with cloudy skies and wind gusts.
