Hi I'm in a similar situation to you. I had my FSH level done which was 13.6 so high. We were given the choice of another test AMH which would give a better picture. We decided to just go for IVF and see what happens as the test are only an indication. I started my IVF on 26th and I shall be having a scan on Sat to see how things are going. I am begining to get nervous now if this doesn't work then I hope to go for doner if we can find the money. I can see that you have already had quite a few attempts of IVF already. Maybe it is time to try doner as the success rate would be much greater. Good luck and wish you all the best.

| 30-12-2009 - Day 3 FSH & IVF |  My mood while writing this blog:?? |
Went to my OB/GYN yesterday. I have to go for another day 3 FSH test. He says that will tell us if I should go back to the fertility center and use my own eggs or if we should get donor eggs or embryos. AF isn't due until January 9th or so.
Donor embryos and/or eggs are not covered under my insurance. So it would be $8K and/or $18K and there is still no guarantee it would work.
I guess only time will tell what my next step is going to be.
