18-6-2008 - 3 Months old today!

My mood while writing this blog: BLESSED!!

Hi Ladies...

WOW - time flies Ms. Nia turned 3 months today! I am back to work as of today and at first I thought it would be hard to leave her but it was cool, although I have called home like 5 times already! My mom is back up from GA for the next 3 months to keep Nia - she refuses to let her go to daycare until she is 6 months!!Works for me!! Whoo hhoooo

As for Nia, she is cool!! She is growing up so fast - She got her first shots on 6/9 and man it was the most heartbreaking thing I ever experienced! I almost passed out when they stuck my little one.

She is sleeping it off - bandages and all!

The Dr. gave her a good report: She is in the 50 percentile for her weight and head size but she now is in the 75 precentile for her height, which is great because she was below in all of those areas when she was born. He also stated after evaluating her movement and so forth that she is advanced and doing things a 4-6 month would be doing. She is teething, standing and walking (which he didn't believe until he stood her up), she is rolling over and again holding that head up high! MY BIG GIRL!!!
