07-2-2009 - 15 Week Update

Hey Girls, Just wanted to give a quick update for this week. I am feeling pretty great finally, although I did throw up last night but that was the first time in a couple of weeks..so its been great! I also have lots of energy back, I even went to the gym the night before last after working a 10 hour shift and driving a total of 2 hours a day! Woo hoo, now if I can just keep it up!

I had to contact my doctors office this week as my right side pain below my ribs has not subsided, its been there after I eat for the last 6 weeks. I mentioned it to him my last appointment and he said to monitor it as it sounds like Gall Bladder or Gall Stones. So as it was not getting any better, I finally called and they had me change my appointment to that very next day. So me and DH went and he checked me out and got out the doppler to check on the baby and for the very first time I was able to hear the heartbeat....which the doctor sounded great! I have a doppler I bought but prior to that was unable to pick up the heart beat on my own...he of course found it right away! Ahhh what a good sound that is! It was reassuring to hear something as I have felt so good lately...I couldnt help but wonder "am I still pregnant" LOL! So after that he gave me a lab slip to get drawn where I work next week for the usual routine blood work that they do around this time and they also gave me two ultrasound slips, one for the gall bladder to be checked and the other for my BIG ultrasound:) So after the appointment I called and schedualed the ultrasounds, the gallbladder I had done yesterday and I am still waiting on the results for that...and the BIG ultrasound is officially schedualed for Feb 26th. I cant wait and I hope we can find out the gender that day and finally get some good pics to post on here for you all to see. They said they will make me a CD Rom of the session so I cant wait to show you girls!

Aside from all of that, things are pretty uneventfull, starting to pop out a little and every morning its a struggle the find something to wear to work thats actually stylish and comfy...I need to go shopping for sure!
