So, I have to brag on my husband for a minute. Today is our 2 year wedding anniversary. I just received a big bouquet of flowers - roses and carnations and stargazer lillies - my favorite. :) I was really surprised because I thought we had agreed on no gifts since money is tight. The flowers smell amazing and have a cute little teddybear attached. But, the card is the best. I read it and it made me cry, which granted, does not take much these days, but it's too sweet not to share:
It's been an exciting two years. Thank you for putting up with me and loving me. And thank you for Lorelai (the name of our little one). I love you more than I could ever say. Happy Anniversary.
Now I feel like a complete ass because I didn't get him anything and hadn't planned on doing anything special. Guess I will be stopping and getting some steaks to cook for dinner.

We just had our anniversary too on Nov. 10. It was our 1st. My husband got me a mushy card that made me cry too. Aren't they the sweetest sometimes?!?
