29-4-2009 - OH MY WORD!

I've been on the brink of crying the happiest tears all morning. I woke up a little earlier than usual this morning, decided to take my temp. It had gone up. Since AF is due tomorrow I definitely considered this a good sign, because it usually goes down right before AF. So I took a test. It was positive! Faint but definitely positive. I can not believe I got my BFP!! I'm so excited with no one to tell. It's awful. lol what I get for doing it at the butt crack of dawn I suppose. I'm dying to call my friend or my mom or someone but it's way too early. My husband doesn't know yet. I have to hide to the phone to keep from calling him, but I want to get him a card. Preferably a father's day one if I can find it. I want to tell him in person. So I can see his reaction. Figures he won't be home for like 11 hours! I can't wait until tomorrow to take another test to see it get darker. I'm so happy. Baby dust to those still TTC. It'll happen. Don't give up hope.

Congrats! I can only imagine how excited you are...When I wanted to tell my husband I bought him a card from the "congrats on the baby" section and it was a card that said "Congrats on the baby to be...with all my love to you-the daddy to be" It was really exciting watching him read it in confusion until it all hit! Good luck to you in your pregnancy!

That`s soo great!! With my first I had taken the test at 4 AM hahhah I know how you feel! This time I got my first positive and hubby is away! He gets back tonight and we`ll do one together...Congratulations!!!
