17-11-2009 - Ugh!

My mood while writing this blog: Ugh some more

My head is going to fall off! I'm starting to get these like intense 10-15 minute headaches. It's driving me nuts. It's making me tune out in class and I'm dreading going to work. And my appetite has completely disappeared but of course I get beyond nauseated if I don't eat every 3-4 hours. But of course hardly anything is appealing when your nauseated and have no appetite. I have yet to throw up but nothing ever feels like it wants to stay down. And of course I'm tired like all the time! But now that I've gotten my list of complaints out of the way... I had my paperwork appt yesterday. It was just paperwork and stuff so not that exciting. I did find out however that this hospital does an ultrasound during the first trimester to accurately date the pregnancy. I called this morning and scheduled one for dec. 2. I'm very excited. My next appointment will be for dec. 9 and they'll do the pap smear and exam and all that good stuff and go over my ultrasound with me. So I'm pretty excited about all that. I've had lots of pulling pains which I can only assume is my uterus growing. Right around now is when the baby stopped growing last time, so since I'll be almost 9 weeks by time my ultrasound I'll feel pretty good so long as everything looks good on it. It's so weird with a missed miscarriage because there is just no way for me to feel like I know everything is ok in there. My body had no clue things had stopped growing last time for 2 weeks after so I can't really rely on symptoms to reassure me. But thankfully it'll be a short wait to find out and I've got a lot to keep me busy between now and then. I hope all you ladies are doing well!

Im glad im not alone i feel exactly the same no appetite but sicker when i dont eat. with my first child it was a breeze i got way to lucky i guess you could say. im sure its hard balancing work and school. im a stay at home mother right now and its hard enough to just take care of out terrible two. congrats though it should all pass after the 3rd month i suppose

My symptoms are same. Lots of gagging, but no actual "throwing up". Isn't this fun! I made the mistake of not eating until noon today. Now, I can't even stand the feeling of my hair on my neck, makes me want to gag. Anyhow, such are the joys of pregnancy. Lot's of baby sticky dust to us!
