24-10-2008 - 3rd Dr appt/updates

I had my 3rd Dr appt yesterday. I was hoping for him to give me good news and calm some of my worries. But, this did not happen. I had the normal things, blood pressure, pee in a cup, had my wieght taken( gained 10 lbs so far). Then, the Dr came in and he tried to find a heartbeat. He look from my pelvis bone to me my belly button. He made a comment that my inside are noisy. He was pushing soo hard that it hurt. He could not find a heartbeat for the longest time. He made the comment that he may need to schedule me for a u/s since he was having a hrad time finding a heartbeat. Finally, he said he hears it. I guess I heard it or something that might be the heartbeat. It was for such a short time I could not be sure. The Dr said he heard it for 4 beats. Then lost it. He gave up trying to find it again. He said I am sure everything is fine. See you in 4 weeks. I am soo dissatisfied. I do not know if the heartbeat is within the normal range. Nothing. I just want some reassurance that everything is ok.

Kindney stones update- I have found out that most of the stones are 3-4 mm. So, they should be small enough to pass. I am to continue drinking water and more water to keep them from getting bigger. My pain has went down in the last week, but I still have pains from time to time.

October 22- This is the day that my angle was due. I am having a hard time. Many think that being pregnant would make this time easier. It doesnt.
