So it seems that my 4 hour dr visit yesterday was very much worth the wait. It was like a 1 stop shop. First off, I love my new doc. She was so much better than the last old fart who thought he knew and saw everything before. She looked at my entire history and instantly came up with a plan of action. I had a sonogram right there as she conducted it and I saw my bubba. I saw the heart beating, his arm or leg and everything looked great. The dr even brought to concern that my stomach looks bigger than it should and it's probably caused by fibroids. She showed me one on the ultrasound and said that the fibroid could've caused the m/s at 17 weeks and the bleeding. If so, I will get a stitch but first I need a more in depth sono to rule out the fibroids. So much info on my first visit. Loving her big time. And my boyfriend approves and that says a lot cause he's a very harsh critic. I have her pager number and the other dr in her practice number in case of anything. I feel very good and hopeful about this one.

Praise God! That is exactly what you need, a doctor who understands a woman's concern after a miscarriage. I'm so glad you found this doctor. And its wonderful that you made it to 6 weeks and you were able to see your baby! Remember to enjoy each day!
