My mood while writing this blog: Super

So I'm officially 10 weeks and a day. Whooo hoooo!!! I feel accomplished and as each day passes I feel more confident. Nausea wasn't completely in full effect and now I hardly have any-GREAT! I do have heartburn at times, peeing a lot still, my breasts are sooo sore when I take my bras off and I have a little belly. These are all great signs to me. I've had 2 sonograms so far and the lil one looks great. I have a very proactive dr and my next appt is on Friday during my lunch break. I can't wait to see her... And I ordered a doppler from Ebay so I can't wait till it gets here.

There are some things that frustrate the hell out of me though. Maybe it's the hormones that make me wanna shout it out:

1. I HATE MY POSITION AT WORK!! Don't get me wrong I'm very greatful for a decent paying job giving the state of this f-ed of economy and the greedy capitalists who turned it to hell. Supervisors feel I'm supposed to go all out for the company that doesn't appreciate its employees. Um yeah, let's just say I work for the company that gave enormous bonuses but when it's time for reviews they give the line "we kind of put a freeze on increases" WTF. We barely have tissue in the bathrooms for crying out loud.

2.How come men don't either go through the 9 months or go into labor? I think I'd still pick the gestation and let them do the pushing? I don't think I can watch too much Discovery Health.

3. How come I'm always hungry when I just ate an hour ago? I don't think that's such a good sign. I'm not craving pickles or ice cream but restaurants. Cheesecake Factory, Red Lobster (biscuits), IHOP, Olive Garden, or anything pasta.

4. I think there should be an extra day in the week just to even things out a little. Why only one day of rest??

P.S. Tomorrow's my birthday and I couldn't even get that day off. But my babe will still take good care of me.
