Write a new blog
...is the name that my OB gave the baby. And so far he's (I'm starting to get that feeling, my girl caused no problems lol) living up to his name. I began spotting on Wednesday night about 10:20, went in to see my dr 11am where she gave me 2 IV's and checked me out. Everything looked fine and she confirmed that it seems to be old blood and maybe a blood vessel just burst but there is no active bleeding. I am so relieved. I was put on pelvic rest (I laugh everytime I say that lol) and bedrest for the remainder of the week. I am cleared to go back to work on Monday so that extends my Easter vacation some. By Friday there was hardly any pink when I wiped and on Saturday and so far today, nothing.
I checked his heartbeat with my doppler but it's always hard to do because he's always moving so much. And I had my first trimester screening on Wednesday where he was constantly moving, stretching and sucking his thumb. That was a truly blessed moment.
Thanks for your well wishes and prayers as we are ok so far. Sorry it took me so long to update as I am a regular procrastinator. Week 13 here I come.
