My mood while writing this blog: feeling unwell

This is so awfull!! I have been constipated for about 5 days now and i am in total agony!! I rang my doctors yesterday and they are prescribing me with lactolose to see if that helps. I have tried everything else like fruit (lots of it) and wholegrains. My stomache is so tender and im worrying that this could effect my baby and cant stop worrying. I physically feel sick and just want this to go away. I had constipation when i had my son but it were never this bad :-( Just hoping that things will sort themselves out as i dont want to rely on laxatives, i know they wont harm my baby but hate taking them as they taste disgusting!! lol

Sorry to hear - I had awful constipation around the same time as you. Have you tried prune juice? That often helps me. xox
