26-11-2009 - i have a cold & sore throat

My mood while writing this blog: sad

OMG! i feel like shit today!!! i have a really sore throat and can hardly speak! i have a headache and blocked nose. i havent had ANY sleep thanx to the blocked nose and scared incase my baby catches it! when i had my son josh i had the same thing and he ended up with fluid on his stomache due to me being unwell so i hope it doesnt happen again! :-( i think im being paranoid i worry alot since i lost Daniel. my doc said to get plenty of fluids and rest, but how im i supposed to work run a house pay bills with 2 kids while my husband is at work if i do that?? i wish it were that easy. i cant get any help of my mother as she has swine flu so im also worried about catching that! OMG im so stressed!! and i cant get my swine flu jabs until the 12 dec!!! i could have had the flu by then. im so worried and need some reassurance

I also found inhaling with olbas oil helped loads when I had a head cold. Good luck. I hope you are feeling better soon. :-)
