18-9-2008 - Sept 08 calmMy mood while writing this blog:
calm

Well my little angel, Arman, will be one year old in 6 days. I cannot believe that he has been with us for one year.

It seems like his growth and development have been exponential in just the last month. He is walking, says quite a few words, waves bye bye, and brings tons of books to me to read to him. Just yesterday he was playing with the telephone and retreived a phone card my husband had to call his family in iran and then Arman pretended to use it. I cannot believe all that he is capable of.

And my husband continues to amaze me. He is an incredible father - loving, tireless, caring, organized and instinctually seems to now what to do. But then he has a great mom and I think he learned a lot from her - he has two younger brothers. He is also working full time and attending college but still has - or I should say makes - the time to be the best partner he can be.

My health is finally getting back to normal. It has been a year long odyssey of doctors and hospitals but finally I seem to have found a doctor who has put me on a regimen to end this dizziness! I still have it at times though. I worry that I have not been the best mother because of it, but hope that finally now all this can be put behind us as we move into Arman's second year of life.

I would love to have just one more - hopefully a girl and pray that one day God will bless us in this way and that my husband and I will both be happy and healthy if this does occur.
