My mood while writing this blog: tired

Tomorrow, I have my first doctor appt. and we will get to listen to the heartbeat. I am very excited but also nervous. I think I am in week 10-11, they will do an ultra sound to see which week I am in. Until now, I am feeling nausea, can't hold my food, and very tired. Tough to concentrate. We haven't told family and friends yet, it is hard to keep this in since we have been trying to conceive for about 5 years. This will be our second child. Christoffer is 6 and he doesn't know yet. I have been ensuring him that I am OK even though I have to pray to the "Porcelain God" sometimes :)
