20-8-2008 - First Ultrasound

We had our first ultrasound today and we found out that we are having a girl. YAY.. This will be mine and my husbands first together but our 4th and last total.... We are tickled to death that we got our lil girl... We were due on Jan 11th and the doctor changed our due date to Dec 30th. So I got to skip week 19 and go right to week 21.. All was good with the baby. But, they said she is growing faster than her kidneys. They said this is normal and they see it on a weekly basis. They said that her kidneys are working because they can see her bladder with urine in it. I go back to the doctor in 4 wks to have another ultrasound and they will keep doing this until they feel that her kidneys are catching up. Hope everyone else is doing good!!
