02-10-2008 - no hospital stay, but 3 more weeks of bedrest...

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

so my cervix hasn't thinned at all since last week, so i don't have to stay in the hospital!! yea!!!! i am so happy, it would have been such a huge issue for us with ron's work schedule.

the doctor said i need to remain on bedrest and continue taking the procardia every 6hrs. she said if i make it to 36 weeks, they will remove me from bedrest and take me off of the procardia. yesterday, i missed one dose of my meds, and within 4hrs i was in quite a bit of pain from cramps and contractions- so i assume within a day or two of being off the meds i will probably deliver. but who knows for sure.

i will be 33 weeks tomorrow, so that means i have 3 weeks and 1 day left of bedrest. i have already been on bedrest for 2 weeks and 4 days, so i am almost halfway through! i have been sneaking out of the house once or twice a week, just to get some fresh air- so that has been keeping me somewhat sane.

i cannot wait to meet cameron and see what his tempermant is like. i am so curious how different/the same he will be compared to how brenna was as a baby. sooooo close!!
