24-5-2009 - SO CUTE

My mood while writing this blog: happy

Well the ultrasound went well, babies head was really far down and blocking the area they needed to check but they were "almost certain" my placenta has moved. Got to see little lips and nose (the detail was amazing). However....STILL DONT KNOW THE SEX!! As the lady was moving the thing down the babies body i stopped her and told her we didnt know sex, then my partner said not to go "down there" so she stopped. She said she was seconds away from us seeing as she thought we already knew. So yes i opened my big mouth and wrecked it lol. Now we will just have to wait. All looked healthy and fine so now just counting down till we get to meet our little mate :-)

Good to hear that things are looking good! With my first, DH wanted to know the sex and I did not. We told the sonographer to tell him but not to tell me. It worked! He kept his secret for the next 20 weeks, and I kept my surprise for the next 20 weeks. It was a little gift we gave each other.

Great news that your little one is looking healthy! It will be worth the wait when he/she is born and you find out boy or girl! You're certainly on the down hill run now, so it won't be too long.
