My mood while writing this blog: relaxed

Hello all, this is my first attempt at writing a blog....here it goes:)

so....here I am again, never thought I would be having another child......what a huge shock!!! now I am used to the whole idea I am delighted to be experiencing this wonderful journey again:) My 3 children aged 9, 6 and 4 are so excited, especially my 6yo son who cant stop touching my belly(even though it looks no different yet).

Today I am 8 weeks and 2 days pregnant, I'm feeling a little nervous as My first pregnancy ended in miscarriage and although ive had 3 successful pregnacies since, I always find it a very scary time. The nightmares of having a miscarriage dont help.

I have seen the little ones heartbeat at 7 weeks and wont have another scan until 13 weeks (if i opt for the nuchal translucency test) I'm sure i will...any chance to reassure myself that everythings going to plan.

im feeling exactly the same..i never totally relax until that babies safe in my arms ;)
wish you the best of luck..its great your kids are sooooo pleased. I havent braved telling mine yet, nt til im 12 weeks as ive lost 3 pregnancies to miscarriage so if all goes well they'll be told xmas day as it work out about right and its a nice time to hear i think :)
I shall be opting for the nuchal scan too, in fact i already have lol just waiting for the date to come thrugh. Like you said any excuse for some peace of mind! :)
