Hey ya'S!!! Im thinkin joining bk at ww! so need to shift the weight! Im 13 stone! sob! and 5ft 3in! I dont look that obesily over weight! But that what says on scales!
So its a bad buzz! i was about 15 stone plus at 9 months preg!my baby will be 7 wks old tomorrow and im down to 13 stone so dunno if that do with breast feedin! Havent had time to eat wen i do i eat wrong stuff so have sort that out and get healthy snacks around the house so i cant snack on the bad!
And get some walks in or exercise bike! I think its 23 ww points for my weight and they add on 10 points for breast feedin mother any one knows let me knows thanks!
wanna be down a good bit by xmas!!!
