18-9-2008 - CREDIT CARD FRAUD! UGH I HATE FUKIN PEOPLE

My mood while writing this blog: PISSED DA HELL OFF

HAVE I MENTIONED THAT PEOPLE FUKIN SUCK!

OK SO IM TRYING TO PAY OFF MY CREDIT CARDS... SO IM MAKING MINIMAL CHARGES ON THEM... N I JUST CHECKED MY BALANCE ONLINE SINCE I HAVENT RECIEVED MY LATEST STATEMENT CUZ THEY DIDNT CHANGE MY NEW ADDRESS IN THE SYSTEM AND A BUNCH OF SHIT. SO ANYWAYS...

MY BALANCE WAS 393. ON A CARD WITH A 200 DOLLAR LIMIT!

ONE I MADE MY LAST PAYMENT TO BRING IT DOWN 2 160 FROM 200... N PUT MAYBE 20 BUX BAK ON IT. BUT THATS IT! (I KNOW IM NOT DOING 2 GOOD! LOL BUT IM BARELY WORKIN CUZ OF ALL MY DOC APPTS! SO LITTLE BY LIL N THIS ONE HAS A LOW RATE WHILE MY OTHER ONE HAS A MUCH HIGHER ONE SO IM TRYIN 2 BRING THE OTHER ONE DOWN FIRST!)

SO IM LIKE HMMMMMM MY MATH CANT BE THAT OFF...
N I LOOK AT RECENT ACTIVITY AND ON THE 14 TH N 15 OF SEPT THERES 2 99 DOLLAR CHARGES FOR GAS! IM LIKE WTF!

ONE Y WOULD THEY EVEN LET THEM GO THRU!
N 2 WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!

I CHECKED MY WALLET N MY CARD IS THERE!
SO IT MUST BE THAT THE PEOPLE AT WHERE I LIVED GOT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER FROM MY STATEMENT... N SOMEONE WHO WORKED AT A STATION HAD TO TYPE IT IN CUZ THEY DIDNT SWIPE IT...

UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

IM SO PISSED!
I CALLED THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY SAID I HAVE TO SIGN AN AFFIDAVIT N MAIL IT BAK N THEY WILL MAIL ME A NEW CARD!
BUT THATS BESIDES THE FUKIN POINT!
THERES FRAUD GOIN ON IN MY NAME!
SO WHAT ELSE COULD THEY BE DOING!
NOW I GOTTA CHECK MY CREDIT N ALL MY SHIT
UGHHHHHHHH!!!!

ANY ADVICE?
I'VE NEVER GONE THRU THIS BEFORE!

Hi Honey sorry to hear about this. People do suck your right... You need to call all your credit card companies right away and change your address now... Explain to them what happened and have them be on the look out. and if you have any magazine subscriptions call and change the address because mags don't get forwarded. good luck honey let us know how it turns out. Believe it when i tell you they will get theirs what comes around goes around...

Wow I wish I did have some advice for you but I don't. My credit is too bad for anyone to get a hold to but if they did I wouldn't know what to do. They want you to file this and file that which takes forever and by that time there's no telling how much damage that person has done. It can really get you into some trouble. You know they talk about protecting yourself against anything like fraud but you would never think that anything would happen to you so it's very scary.

Sorry to hear what you are going through! I would just say be sure you call about everything your credit cards, checking and or saving accounts etc.. I would also pull a credit report as well b/c if they access to your info now they might have your social and what have you! My husband and I went through this a year and 1/2 ago! We bought some stuff online through Best Buy with our check card and one of there employees got caught selling credit/debit card info with personal info and we got hit and we are still trying to get out of this mess... We got wiped out checking, savings, credit cards, etc. We had to block all of our accounts and everything it has ruined my husbands credit. My advice red block everything and tell them not to approve anything without your voice and info approval intill you can work it all out!! Good Luck hon!!

Just make sure that you check your credit! And be prepared for any disputes to take about 60-90 days to resolve!

Sorry, Ive never been through that but let me remind you where we live!!! LMAO right next to the hood. LMAO South Miami Heights is only like 3 minutes away from us and Goulds is horrible. I gotta be careful w/ my mail now lol. Good Luck w/ thecards. Let me know how babys doing!

hi sorry to hear bout ur credit card, barstards! you need to get in contact with ur bank/credit card suppliers and tell them u think ur card has been cloned as theres numerous transactions on there u havent done, also ask WHY they let it go over when it has limit on it, that really pisses me off, hopefully u wont be liable to pay it back as they will take it serious and look into it, gd luck xx
