On day 36 is when I actually started AF after 2 days of lightly spotting and over a week since I had another cyst rupture. I spoke with my nurse and she told me to start CD1 on Monday when AF came closer to normal flow. She told me to test for ovulation and if I don't ovulate then they will increase my dosage. Then if increasing the dosage doesn't work I will be sent to a fertility specialist.

On another note I am starting my new job this week. I will be working in the ER as a tech for a level 1 trauma center and only burn unit in the SW part of the state. I will still be working some shifts here and there on the truck as an EMT-B (when I am pg I have to be on medical leave from this job).
