My mood while writing this blog: EXCITED

Ok- It finally happened! On Saturday (10DPO) I tested a BFN. I was feeling defeated but to be honest I didnt feel pregnant or like this was my month. My husband on the other hand kept saying he felt like it was our month. Well I tested this morning and sure enough BFP! I am still in shock and cannot believe it. I only told my mom so far and she was really excited (still not sure why I told her because we arent real close but I had to tell someone). We wont tell anyone else until further along as I have had a m/c before and want to make sure its sticking. For those of you who dont know I had a Mirena IUD put in after my DD and had it removed in August when we started trying. I have heard just horrible stories about how its so hard to get pregnant after. I still feel that it has changed my body, my right ovary now has a cyst on it. Fingers crossed to a healthy pregnancy. THanks for everyone's support!

congrats! I had no problems getting pregnant after getting my mirena out in 2007 (literally got my period about a week later, and got BFP about a month later) and had no complications while it was in place. however, i got another mirena after I had my baby in 2008, and had the mirena for a year and my periods were so irregular and had lots of cramping and such. I won't get one again!
