04-4-2008 - Going to a Pistons Game tonight

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Well it is our first evening out without Ella. We are taking our 11 year old son to a Pistons Game and Ella will be with my mom and grandma for the evening. I could not part with her the whole night though. We will pick her up after the game....late. I hate the thought of being away from her but understand that I need to get away to keep my sanity. (This is not my first rodeo..lol) We have dropped her off several times during the day so we could get things done and that is becoming easier. Ella is going through a phase right now. She cries terrible for about 30 minutes when she realizes her mom and dad are not around....I did not realize that they start that so young. I am trying to get her out more and expose her to more people so she won't cry so much when we are not around. It has been a long Michigan winter and we have stayed in the house.... mostly because I did not want to deal with Ella catching a cold and the burden of packing her up.
