Hello ladies!! Before my hubby left to go OTR, we bought a crib. He made me promise I wouldn't touch it until he got home because the box is very heavy. Well, I'm hoping he's not mad when he gets home because I couldn't resist!! I opened the box and carried piece by piece to the room, with the help of my 7 yr old, and not only built the crib, but put togather the changing table and mini dresser as well. I got this burst of energy around 430, so I figured I put it to good use. It took me 3.5 hrs to finish my project. I don't know what the heck I was thinking because my fingers and knuckles are cut, brushburned, and bleeding and hurt like hell!! Oh well, it feels so good to look in the room and see the crib there. January can't come fast enough!! :o)

Wow thats awesome! I can't wait to get Jackson's room all set up! I dont think I would have the first clue how to put a crib together though.... I had to get Billy to put together the baby's portable swing last night and it is all snap in place lol

I hate to say it but i did the same thing at the beging of this month. my hubby bought the whole set too and i had my kids help me carry it up stairs piece by piece at the beging of the month. yes it did take a very long time too put it all together but it was worth it. It looks great/ Where did you buy it from? how long is your hubby out for at a time. mine just got local and works m,t,w,t,f from 3:00am to arounnd 11am or so. crazy time but now he'll be home every night which will be a change since he's been OTR for the past 4 1/2 yrs. but yep you got that nesting feeling. I still have a little bit of it too, but i only have 5 1/2 weks till my c-section on oct 6. ttyl and lots of hugsXXX
