02-12-2009 - Almost 35 weeks check up

My mood while writing this blog: Excited!

So I went to my check up this week and the doctor estimated Jose to be at least 6lbs already, he is big! He is laying in the correct position and I am dialated to 1 cm. She went ahead and did the Strep B test since I had my first son at 36 weeks and didn't want to risk me going into labor without the test. She said that she does not expect me to go more than 2 1/2 more weeks with this big baby boy! I am so ready to see him. I hope that he waits until at least the 14th. Looks like a good chance I will have a December baby! I guess that I really need to start getting things ready, pack my bags, and get the carseat in the truck! We actually had snow today, for Texas that is pretty impressive! I asked if I could still work and she said yes (darn, I was really hoping to be off for a while!), but oh well guess my job doesn't really entail that much work!

my baby was 6lbs on the first day of 34 weeks. I am worried he will be too big. Congrats on the Dec hope. Doesn't look like mine is coming early

Congrates on the progress...!! I fe u on the work thing I've been waiting for my doctor to put me on bed rest!! Lol
