18-2-2012 - Quick Update

So my last page wont let me log in it says my user Id is wrong but its still up on the site...weird. But anywho Trinitee is doing so good. We had to go to WIC the other day and they weighed her and she is now 15 pounds 6 ounces! That means she has gained 10 pounds since birth. Everywhere I read says as long as they double their birth weight they are on track well my little chunkerz tripled hers! YAY!

I got my tax refund back so Trinitee has a very beautiful crib and bedding set now. I also go her a new bathtub a baby bullet so I can make her baby food and a rocking chair so I can rock and read to her. She also got a new diaper bag and a few other misc items. After that and then paying my car off I am back to ground zero lol but I feel good that my baby has everything she needs and I no longer have a car payment.

Speaking of books I found this great site http://cbomc.com/pages/home/homepage.jsp?YREF=%2Fpages%2Fnm%2Fnmhomepage.jsp&_requestid=3191 and its full of childrens books and the first time you order the first 6 books are only .50 each! After shipping I spent about $18 and got some great books for her. They have a few deals that lets you get bundles so 3 books count as one.

Im going to rewrite my birth story since it was deleted in the old profile so sorry for the double blog in the same day.

Trinitee is doing so well developing. She can pretty much stand on her own as long as shes holding on to something but she still isnt turning over. She has started holding her own bottle somewhat and is now starting on baby oatmeal. She has eaten it everyday for the past week so tonight im going to go get some bananas and use the baby bullet and mix that in with the oatmeal and see how she likes it.

My bf and I are in a HUGE debate over something that wont even come up for at least 3-4 years. But heres the thing my daughter is obviously bi racial. Her father is African American and Im Caucasion. Well he has it in his head that the word n*gga is an ok word for her to say. I disagree. Even if I were AA I still wouldnt want her to say it I think it shows ignorance and a lack of intelligence and I dont want her using it. His response was "well I say it so what does that look like me telling her not to say it and I do?" OMG that sounded so stupid. With that theory then she should be allowed to drink beer smoke ciggarette and all the other things that ADULTS do. SMH. IDC what he says its not gonna happen. What do you guys think am I overreacting.

Yay I can see your blog..lol I love WIC it is such a help right ! Anyway I cant wait to get my taxes I have to wait like 12 weeks for mine because I have to file an injurded spouse form because my husband owes back childsuport and the IRS had to split the refund..Anyway this will be our last payment ..YAY With the 4 kids our refund is a whoping 11,000 ...Crazy !!! Anyway about the things your husband wants your Trin to say....Well I just think you should keep her a baby for as long as you can..My Trin is white, and Mexican, thats no exscuse for her to talk all crazy..Well two of my kids are teens and trust me sometimes I just want to tape there mouths shut LOL Oh thats awsome that you got a bunch of stuff for the baby ! I would love a rocking chair...Ok sorry for the book...You have a great day
