06-4-2009 - 29wks

My mood while writing this blog: great!

well i have been busy lately. ethan was sick about a wk and half to two wks ago with a stomach but that lasted a full wk. his poor bottom was so sore. finally he starts to get better and i took him for his 2yr check up as he just had a birthday. and they said they want him evaluated for speech to be on the safe side. he is to be saying 50words at this point and is not doing that. he says some words but does not talk without being prompted to do so. except for more he says that great. the dr said he may just need some more time as he is going great in all other areas. i have been taking his nuk out during the day and i have noticed he is babbling as he did not do that before. so the nuk may be slowing hime down as well. his appt was for today but he got sickover the wkend with a fever and cold. his fever seems to be gone but he is still coughing a lot and i think wheezing. i have only given him his inhaler once as i don't like to give it unless i really think he is wheezing but i think he need another dose today. he is awful grumpy. so i r/s for 2wks from now and hopefully he will be better. felicity is going to the greatting ready for kindergarten classes on mondays. tonight is her second class and she loves it. she is a people person. she has been having bladder accidents in the past 3wks. i am not sure what is going on as she has been trained. she cant seem to make it on time to the potty so i don't know if she is just waiting till the last min or if she has an infection. she said it does not hurt to go. she has her check up next wk so i will ask then. trinity has her check up tomorrow. she went to the eye dr and to our suprise she needs glasses. we did not think she would need them as she has passed her exams and she does not complain. but she did not do so well at the eye drs. so she picked out cute very fashionable glasses that she gets in 2wks. i have one more day of work this wed and then i don;t have anymore scheduled. i would like to work 2-3 more days this month just to bring in a few extra $ before i am too tired and in pain. i have an eye appt for my reaccuring cornea abrasion with dry eyes. and then we go to maryland to visit family for easter. so a busy wk. i went to my ob on fri and all looks well. she said she thinks i may have spd since i have such pelvic pain. she did not tell me much to do but i just got an exercise ball that i am sitting on and it feels nice to sit on that. they did my glucose and iron bloodwork so she said i would hear something early this wk. i am thinking it will be fine as it always has. besides the pelvic pain i feel great. i will try to post pics soon as my belly is finally looking cute. i don't get to big usually and this time it is getting big compared to my others. i have lost all patience though so my family is getting a grumpy wife/mom. so i am really for a vacation after dealing with a sick and grumpy ethan for what feels like forever. i go to the dr every 2wks now and i am 29wks today. so 11more to come. i hope you all have a great easter/spring vacation.
