04-6-2009 - 37 wk check

My mood while writing this blog: blessed

on tueday i had my 37wk check and not much to report. lost 1\2lb. so now i am at 4 1\2lb wgt gain. i hope baby comes out with a good wgt and health since i am not gaining. i am eating but find i am often not hungry or get full quickly. they told me to make sure i am getting protein for brain development.. baby is basically head down. head is at my lt hip bone. but baby has not dropped. i have not done anything to get ready such as wash clothing or thinks like that. i don't think i will have baby before 39wks so i am not too worried. i have been tired as i have been staying up late. it is getting hard to move as it hurts my pelvic bone. as of today i have two children with pink eye. they go to the dr tomorrow and one of them is sick as well. so now i hope my other child and i don't get pink eye. i don't like putting the drops in their eyes as they of course do not. i go for my 38wk check monday. they do not check my cervix unless i really want them too and i don't as i don't think it tells me much as i have been dialated 2cm for 2wks before. i am gettting a little nervous about the pain that is to come. i feel like a wimp with the bh and cramps that i get. i think how did i make it throught my others without meds. i am sure it will all work out though. i really don't want meds but i am open that if i get to a point then i get them. i wish all those preg the best whether in early preg as many of you are, mid preg as you get close or due any day now as me. and congrats to those how have had there babies. we are all so blessed to be able to experience this miracle. god is great!!!!
