so mamas i have had the worst constapation...

i feel liek i am becoming addicted to milk of magnesia, i have to use it every other day. When i dont go to the bathroom there is so much pressure and my bellyu is so sore, anyone have any breakthroughs??? i have done metamusil, prune juice, fiber foods, been drinking a ton of water.... i just really love my m.o.m ( milk of magnesia) hahah

lots of veggies. lots of water. all the time. steer clear of binding foods like bananas, rice, starchy things. and don't force it hemmorhoids are not fun.
