08-12-2009 - 13 months old

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

So my little baby Gavin is 13 months old. He's starting to look like a big boy. Toddler from now on, I guess. :( Makes me sad...because my baby isn't a baby anymore, but I am happy he's growing healthy and hitting all his milestones!

Walking everywhere now! He's become a monster! lol He knows how to get off a couch he just hasn't figured out how to get on yet. I'm sure that's soon to come! I freak still when he tries to get off though, sometimes I don't think he realizes yet that he can hurt himself, even though he can walk now!

Eating everything in sight! lol He think he's close to weighing 23 pounds and about 32 inches in height. He tries to test us often now. lol He knows he's doing something bad and looks at us and smiles to see if he can get away with it! lol Little devil! He's a good baby overall.

Sleeping is still all over the place. We moved his furniture around his room and since then he seems to be sleeping better. I just hope soon we will be able to sleep w/o being interuppted by him waking up 2+ times a nite! Please god, please. :)

He still is wearing 12 months clothing, some 18 month old shirts but pants are still way too long. He's in size 4 diapers. (pampers) and it seems like he's gunna stay in them for a while. He's got a small waist and butt!

Gavin LOVES to dance. We tell him to go turn on the music and he runs to turn it on!! lol He loves, love , loves, loves music and dancing! Also, loves destroying the living room with all his toys! lol He's such a joy to us!! :)

He says mama, dada, baba, (grandma)doggie, more like oggy, buh- bye, ba-ba (bottle), ucky, (yucky), up, ball, book, yum, and some others also.

It's snowing here!! I wish I wasn't sick!!! I would love to take Gavin outside to play!! Maybe when Daddy comes home from work! :)
