So my husband and I went to the movies on Sunday for the first time since Paige was born. Of course she didn't go with us.... my sister came over and babysat for us. It was the first time since Paige came home from the hospital that my husband and I weren't taking care of her. I thought I would be more nervous, but I wasn't. Maybe it was all that time away from Paige while she was in the NICU that got me used to letting go and having others watch over her? At one point half way through the movie I considered sending my sister a text message, but then I thought, "If I can take care of a baby, really, anybody can!" LOL When we came home from the movie, my sister was sitting on the sofa with her feet up and Paige asleep on her chest... which was pretty much how the whole 3 hours of babysitting went!
