I hope Paige's skull bones didn't fuse together prematurley. Stay strong for your family and hopefully you won't have to have any more worries and just enjoy your little one, well no, should I say big one now :)

She is growing so well! Try not to be too worked up about the cranio. She has been a trooper and a fighter from day one and she is beautiful. What ever the out come of her scan I'm sure you guys will be able to pull through this one too. You are both in my prayers!

WOW! Paige is getting to be such a big girl... GO PAIGE! Speaking from experience, I know it's hard not to worry about your lil' one. Please update us after Paige has gotten her head ultrasound. Do you know when it will be? Paige sounds like she is gaining nicely. We have had problems with Zayden gaining at a normal weight. His next appointment is on Monday so I can't wait to see what he weighs. He is a year now and on his appointment last month he only weighed a little over 14 pounds. Congratulations on Paige sleeping through the night! Are you getting caught up on everything? It took me FOREVER to get caught up after Zayden got out of NICU. Your doing a great job mommy! Give Paige a hug from us!

At today's doctor's appointment Paige weighed 10 pounds, 3 ounces! She hit double digits! Yay! Her weight-gain has slowed some to 0.5 ounces per day, but that is still in the normal range. The doc wants her to drink an extra bottle a day, which is easier said than done because of her sleeping through the night (4 nights in a row now!)
There was a bit of potentially bad news today. Paige might have craniosynostosis. The doc said her head was a bit pointy, even for a preemie, so she has to get a head ultrasound to make sure that her skull plates haven't prematurely fused together. If they have, she'll need surgery. My husband told me not to worry, but of course I am.
