Well I had my appointment today and it wasnt as horrible as I was expecting. In fact she expects me to eat alot of food LOL. Bascially she just wants me to have the same amount of carbs at all 3 meals so that my blood sugar doesnt go up and down, then snacks would be protiens to help slow down the absorbtion of the carbs. She said 35 - 45 carbs per meal was good. Doesnt sound to bad to me. I just have to start measuring my food, something Ive never done before hehe. I think I can handle that.
