06-11-2008 - Dr Appointment

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Well I saw my primary dr today and after measuring my tummy he told me that my little one .. is a big one LOL. My original due date was Jan 5th, and he said baby will definetly be a December baby, in 2 weeks I have a sonogram to see how much he weighs and how much fluid is in there. I told him I wanted the 26th and he said depending on how my cervix is doing, so to me that sounded like it might even be before that.

Now I feel like an @ss for not taking better care of myself after being told I had GD. I would test my blood 4 times a day and no matter what I ate my readings were always perfectly normal so I figured they were wrong and I would be okay eatting whatever, now turns out my little guy is gonna be big. For the next month and a half or however long I have left I am going to cut out most sugars and take better care of myself so that he doesnt get to to big. I should know more in 2 weeks.
