So since i've given birth to my son i have 10-13 lbs that i just cant take off. No matter what i do they just don't come off. I sometimes think that it has to do with the IUD that i had insterted since i have heard that it tends to retain weight. Even on my wedding! My mom had to adjust my dress to make it look like it had criss cross lace on the back because the zipper wouldn't go up all the way. It looked like it was like that originally but i was stressing out about that for a while thinking that it might not fit me. Most of my pre pregnancy clothes don't fit me and if they do i just look like a muffin. So when i was 20 i had taken the diet pill phentermine and had really good results with it but at the time the doctor wouldn't give it to me so i bought some from a nurse who would get them from her doctor. Well i went to a weight loss center today and they put me on a diet plan, told me to excersice 150 minutes a week, did an EKG, took my vitals, weighed me with a special weight machine that tells you what your percentage of fat and water is and you BMI and a whole lot of other stuff. They also gave me a B complex injection that is soppose to speed up my metabolism and give me energy. PLUS they prescribed me Phentermine for 3 weeks! I'm so excited. I start my diet and pills tomorrow and go back to see her in 2 weeks. She said my goal should be to loss 5 lbs by the time i go back for my follow up. Wish me luck ladies! I will keep ya'll updated and let you know if these pills work for me again!

i heard the same thing about the iud! anywho i had mine in for a year and i just got it taken out yesterday! we shall see if the weight goes off or not!
