13-4-2010 - 38 Week Appointment

My mood while writing this blog:
ehh

Hey Ladies, Well I'm 38 weeks and 2 days today. I just had my appointment, everything is good. The baby's heartbeat was 142bpm, I didn't get checked, so I don't know if any progress is being made. My next appointment is on tuesday the 20th, if I make it till then..which I hope I don't..I'm gonna ask her to check me then..that's 5 days before my due date. I asked her how long they will let me go past my due date if I don't have her by then..and she said 1 week. So I could possibly be pregnant until May 2nd, if Amelia doesn't decide to come before then. I'm happy the pregnancy is going well and nothing bad is happening this time..it's just I want her to be here lol.. My blood pressure is good, no protien in my urine..I did drop everyone can tell by looking at my belly. Hopefully I don't make it till my due date, but we'll see. I guess I'll try and enjoy the time she's in my belly and not out here screaming her head off lol.. Maybe my cousin will get her wish, I'm gonna ask her to be godmother once I have Amelia, but she hopes I have her on her birthday which is April 24th, the day before I'm due. At this point..I'll be happy with that, I'm just dreading going past it.

If I have to hear one more person say " oh you didn't go yet??" I'm gonna freak out. This stupid idiot my mom knows is constantly asking me that,, and saying " are you sure there's only 1?".. She's a complete moron. I'm gonna tell her.. " yea I had her, I left her home alone, does it freaking look like I had her..you idiot" lol... Oh, some people are morons, and she's a big one.

I was really hoping I had her today, cause if I did she and Celese would be exactly 19 months apart. Oh yea, Celese is 19 months old today...she's starting to talk more..not completely sure what she's saying. But I've been taking her pacifier off her all day long, and she only gets it for bed. So without her mouth being plugged up, it seems like she's trying to talk more. She just said "backpack"...cause we're watching Dora lol...

We're also trying to figure out what we're gonna do for Celese's 2nd b-day party. I don't wanna get into big money..she had her big first. My mom and I were thinking we would both go in on our church hall ( same place we had her first) and have her party with my brother's birthday party, and have a double party. We're inviting pretty much the same people..just a few extra on Mike's side..for Celese. Does anyone see a problem with that?? I mean, she already had her own 1st Big birthday..and it would save both of us money. My brother has no problem with it either. Opinions would be appreciated.

Well that's it for now, I'll update more later. Tonight is 16 & Pregnant.. =) I like watching those shows. Well I hope everyone has a great day!!! Labor dust to us all still waiting to meet our little ones.. Only 12 more days for me, I can't wait!!

I tried everything but castor oil to get labor going even sex. I ate a whole pineapple because I heard it could help. NOT!!! I also like watching 16 and pregnant. I can't believe the maturity differences between each of the girls. Some act a lot more older and then some still act 12. Last weeks show with the twins... I couldn't imagine taking care of twins at 16 by myself.

Have you tried sex to induce labor? I have also heard from one of my friends who just had her baby last week that the BIG exercise ball if you bounce on it it will make you dialate? also i have heard taking steps 2 at a time can help too cos it opens up your pelvis?! Something my mom told me was that a lot of times when your getting close to your due date the dr wont be so gentle while checking you to stir up labor, and she said that they push like extra hard or something along those lines so when she was preg with either my brother or sister she did it and that night went into labor?! Just some thoughts, but i dont know that i would suggest doing the last one yourself!! and im here to tell ya the whole taking step 2 at a time didnt work for me and i even did it with my 2yr old in my arms!!! I think it only when baby is ready that things start!!! Anyhoo good luck and hope you get to meet her soon!!!

I think for liv's 2nd birthday we are just doing a small family thing. I can't see spending 200-300 for chuck e cheese type things yet. I may spend that money and just get her one nice toy like a water slide or bouncey house to have always...not that amount for 2-3 hour rental fee at a place.
