My mood while writing this blog: always trying to think ahead

I started her a college fund today. I took money out of my roth to do it, and hubby is not happy about it. Jeez, I am the one paying $50.00 a month for this. I just want to make sure her future has a bit of certainty to it. This world is uncertain enough. Am I a bad mother because of it? I don't think so. I do think he is disappointed in not being the parent to think of this first. I plan to pointedly tell him, you know, you can make contributions to this too. I told him I'd be contributing to this from the money I get from my job. hes like oh, ok.
