21-8-2009 - Baby Braylon is 5 weeks. Update and Pictures.

My mood while writing this blog:
Loving Life

Wow, I cant believe Braylon is 5 weeks old already. It feels as though i just had him. Definitly have to cherish the time when they are little, it goes by waaay to fast! He actually has been pretty fussy... Not sure why. He is still at the point where he is sleeping A LOT. But whenever hes not sleeping it seems like he is cranky. I wish i could figure out why he is being so cranky... maybe gas. i dont know. :(

Also i have my 6 week. check up with my obgyn this coming monday... Im unsure of what type of birth control to get on. I want to possibly start trying for 1 more baby in between one and two years... I cant remember to take the pill...so thats out of the question. lol. I am the most forgetful person EVER. And i need something that i can use thats safe while breastfeeding. I guess ill just have to talk to my Doctor about it on monday. Is anyone else on a certain type of birth control thats ok while breastfeeding?

he is beautiful! im glad to hear everything is going well... With birthcontrol, im the same about forgetting to take the pill... and like you dont want another bub for 12-18 months. My doctor recommended the implanon rod. im not sure if they have them over there but its a rod that gets put into your arm for up to three years. you never get a period and its 100% effective. its doing wonders for me!!!! hope you work something out anyway, goodluck!

Try "gripe water" my little man is the same way (cranky when he is awake). That seems to work really well, it's just ginger in water to settle the stomach (they sell it at target around here, it is made by "little tummies")As for the BC I am going to try the IUD, it is for 5 years, but you can take it would whenever you want and start trying right away (i am pretty sure). Hope that helps, what a beautiful little guy, aren't they great!?!
